1. Who we are
The website massage-solutions.pt is operated by [owner’s full name], sole trader, tax number (NIF) [NIF], operating at Av. Vilamoura XXI, Vilamoura, Portugal (“Massage Solutions”, “we”).
For any question about your personal data, contact us: info@massage-solutions.pt · +351 914 544 167.
2. What data we process and why
This website is purely informational: it has no forms, no accounts, and collects no personal data directly on its pages. We process personal data only in the following situations:
- Contact via WhatsApp or phone — when you contact us, we process your phone number, name and the content of your messages, solely to answer your request, provide information and manage appointments. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the requested service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Contact via email — same purposes and legal basis as above.
- Health information — if, at your own initiative, you share health information relevant to tailoring a treatment (for example, pregnancy or skin conditions), we use it only for that purpose, based on your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), and never share it with third parties.
- Browsing this site — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless statistics tool that does not identify individual visitors. Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses in technical logs, for short periods, for security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Cookies
This website does not use cookies or any other tracking technologies — which is why you won’t see any cookie banners.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or trade your data. We rely only on the following service providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, cookieless analytics and forwarding of the email address info@massage-solutions.pt;
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed by Meta under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
These providers may process data outside the European Union; in those cases, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the other safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep messages and contact details only for as long as needed to answer your request and manage the client relationship. Data included in invoicing documents is kept for the periods required by law.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, or data portability, and you may withdraw any consent given. Simply write to info@massage-solutions.pt.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: CNPD — Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
7. Consumer disputes and Complaints Book
In the event of a consumer dispute, you may resort to the competent alternative dispute resolution entity (Portuguese Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September): CIMAAL — Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Algarve (the Algarve consumer dispute arbitration centre — www.consumidoronline.pt). More information at the Consumer Portal: www.consumidor.gov.pt.
